An order once placed, the same is not eligible for cancellation. However, in certain exceptional cases where the order has been cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order through our website (www.kibbo.in), the company may accept the cancellation request.
The acceptance of cancellation would depend upon the shipment of the product. If the shipment has been affected before cancellation i.e. within 24 hours itself, the cancellation would be allowed only after deduction of shipment charges or any other statutory charge as are applicable on the company. Orders are usually delivered within 6–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location, but you’ll receive tracking updates once your order is shipped.
You will receive the tracking details on your registered email ID as soon as your order is packed and shipped. Simply by click the tracking link in the email to follow your order in real time.

3-If a product is damaged during delivery to customer, or wrong article is delivered you can reach out at ourcustomer care, you can write to us too on our E-mail ID – contact@petmafia.in, It is highly suggested to our customers to take pictures & records video while opening the product packaging.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed back to the original payment source within 15 days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been initiated.
