Q. How to shop?

Step 1 – click on “Shop” and add products to your cart.

Step 2- Click on “Place Order” and add your details like name, address & phone number.

Step 3 – Proceed to pay by choosing any mode of payment from the available options.

Shipping & delivery

Q. How long will it take to get my order?

Once your order is dispatched, it can take anywhere from 2 to 5 working days to be delivered. Delivery in some cities or remote pin codes can take longer. Since, courier partners don’t work on Sundays and public holidays, some deliveries may be delayed due to these reasons.

Q. Where can I find the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive regular updates as well as tracking details on your registered email Id or mobile number.

Q. Where is my package?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send a delivery confirmation by email with tracking number / package ID. By clicking on the tracking link you will be able to track your order.

Q. What if I have not received my order?
